License for execution of construction and installation works

On 12.07.2012 to the Russian branch of ELTE Engineering was issued an official license for execution of construction works on the territory of the Russian federation by the local construction chamber. The document authorizes OOO ELTE Engineering to complete construction and installation works as a main contractor.

The new company will start its activities with the implementation of "Tula Industrial Park", for which it has signed a contract for construction of the infrastructure of the industrial zone, occupying over 700 decares, and complete construction of the satelite residential village for 12 000 inhabitants, occupying 686 decares.

On 01.12.2011 in Tula, Russia, "ELTE Engineering" EOOD and OAO "Management Company Tula Industrial Park" signed a contract for the construction of "Tula industrial park". The project is part of the program for economic development of the Tula region. ELTE as main contractor will complete the construction of the project through its affiliate company OOO "ELTE Engineering".

In addition, the company became a shareholder in "Tula Industrial Park", making its first investment in Russia.

ELTE Engineering successfully completed prequalification with GE-Wind Europe

On 07.06.2011 ELTE Engineering EOOD successfully completed the prequalification process for receiving the status of nominated contractor for execution of civil and electrical works for GE – General Electric Wind Europe. Company's CV and services portfolio are now registered in the GE database and are accessible to all businesses within GE worldwide. ELTE's nomination as GE partner is for operation on the territory of the following countries: Turkey, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
