Saint Nikola Wind Farm - Kavarna, Bulgaria

INFORMATION:

ELTE Engineering was the main contractor for the Saint Nikola Wind Farm project, which is the
biggest wind farm in Bulgaria (an investment of AES Geo Energy). It is located in Kavarna and consists of 52 turbines with 3MW power output each, 45km. of roads, 65km. of cable trenches, 198km. 33kV power cables, and 65 optical cables.
ELTE Engineering completed the main works on this project saving 25% of the total time allocated for construction (dedicated 8 months, completed in 6) due to strict planning, effective organization, practical and fast solutions on site.
The expertise and experience ELTE Engineering has gathered during the completion of that project has enabled the company to easily foresee difficulties, assess risk and makes ELTE a great partner in the construction of any other such projects.
